POLICY
- Gym Night. All gym participants must have a full LGTC waiver filled out in order to attend.
- If a parent is dropping off other children, all children must have LGTC waivers either located at the gym or if it is their first time, one in hand at the time of drop-off filled out by their parent. You can print waiver forms using the link at the top of this page
- If a parent would like another parent to pick up their child after the open gym is over, they must give written permission for another parent to pick up the child
RULES During Open Gym
1. Due to insurance policies, all children must have a written number on their hands (written by a worker at the front desk at check in) to identify the child which is matched with their number on the sign up sheet located at the front desk. If you do not have a number written on your hand, you will be sent back to the front desk. Parent will be notified if child did not follow proper sign in policy as described above.
2. BACK PIT AREA
1 person on the trampolines at a time.
No ball throwing on the trampoline.
No tricks OR flips on the trampoline.
No Cargo Net during open gym.
No jumping head first into pit, always feet first into pit.
The pit is not a pool – No diving, No Cannonballs, No Flipping
Swing back and forth over the pit area not side to side into the wall.
Do not move the mats or throw anything into the pits.
No horseplay – do not wrestle or hit each other with any objects in the gym.
**One warning will be given. Your parents will be contacted if they need to come pick you up.
3. TUMBLE TRACK
One person jumping down the track and into the pit at a time.
Do not run across the tumble track. Always walk around track.
No jumping head first into pit, always feet first into pit.
The pit is not a pool – No diving, No Cannonballs, No Flipping
Do not move the mats or throw anything into the pits.
No horseplay – do not wrestle or hit each other with any objects in the gym.
**One warning will be given. Your parents will be contacted if they need to come pick you up.
4. Off Limit Areas – NO BARS, NO BOYS RINGS, Do not Go Upstairs, in the Afterschool Room, Birthday Party Room and in the Team Room.
